"Rooting Down" Plant Walk - October 14th, 10-1 In this particular event we will mostly be focusing on plants' roots and their wisdom & medicine.
Flower Power II Plant Walk - September 10th, 9.30-12 For this event participants practiced grounding techniques and heart-opening meditation before "meeting" the plants. We communed and deepened our relationship with Goldenrod and Purple Asters in a loving, respectful way. We learned about these powerful plants, the power of their presence, their medicine for the collective and the self. We shared a brew of Goldenrod flower tea as we journeyed together and discussed the medicinal constituents of the plant. "Flower Power Plant Walk" July 30th, 9.30-12 This event is suited to those who are new to the medicinal benefits of wild plants or new to the practice of plant spirit communication.
"Solstice Plant Walk" July 2nd, 9.30-12 Come to learn and enjoy a guided walk around the gardens discussing Summer medicinal plants and their uses. Participants can expect: - Grounding Exercise - Mindfulness Practice - Wild Plant Medicinal Qualities - Intro to Plant Spirit Communication - Learn how to Sustainably Harvest - Cultivate Intuitive Skills - Make and take a wild-crafted medicine! "Spring Tonic" May 7th, 9.30-12 Come and enjoy a walk & talk around the gardens discussing Spring medicinal plants and their uses. Participants can expect: - Grounding Exercise - Mindfulness Practice - Wild Plant Medicinal Qualities - Intro to Plant Spirit Communication - Learn how to Sustainably Harvest - Cultivate Intuitive Skills A fresh brew of a Spring wild plant will be served :) Leave feeling empowered and connected! |
